Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

This website (“Site”) is operated by New Zealand Olympic Committee (referred to throughout the Site as “we”, “us” and “our”). In addition to any rights and remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“CGA”), New Zealand Olympic Committee offers returns and/or refunds to all customers on products purchased via the Site on the terms set out in this Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy modifies, or otherwise affects a consumer’s rights under the CGA.

1. Returns
You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price (for any reason) or, subject to these terms, exchange the products within 14 days of delivery. If more than14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund of the full purchase price for the item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Unless an item is faulty, only regular priced items may be refunded and sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation
In the event that we cancel your order due to incorrect pricing, prior to delivery but after payment has been received, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of delivery.

3. Replacement/Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged when they are delivered to you.
If the item(s) you have ordered are not the correct size(s), we will also replace/exchange the item(s) within the 14-day return period provided that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at accounts@olympic.org.nz and send your item to Tri-star International, 4 Manu Tapu Drive, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2022.

4. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tri-star International, 4 Manu Tapu Drive, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2022.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
